SwitchCo Projects working in conjunction Basso Project Management and Coles Group Property Developments oversaw the development of a brand new service station at that same time a full shopping complex development was taking place called Aurora Village. With the site being Coles Group's 600th store, the pressure was on to deliver a project worthy of the milestone.

SwitchCo's involvement began at the concept stage, managing architects and service consultants to bring Coles Group's shop to life; then as superintendent overseeing the construction from start to finish. With the completion of a successful project, on budget and in line with the adjacent supermarket development, it was a wonderful way to celebrate the milestone.
