At Mount Mercer Wind Farm, SwitchCo Projects were engaged by Senvion - the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractor.  We have driven the organisation, planning, and delivery of a number of project defects that have occurred since completion of construction - bringing clarity, prioritisation and completeness to the programme of works. The defects broadly included: tower rust repairs; electrical works; specific parts replacement; and testing to determine the source of faults and defects.
